In 2019-2020 David Hull was chosen to represent Tamaqua High School for District 10 Chorus, Region V Chorus and Pennsylvania All-State Chorus.
In 2020-2021 DavidHull was chosen for District 10 Chorus and All-Eastern Chorus.
**Note: David Hull is the 1st Tamaqua High School student to be selected to the PA All-State chorus in over 30 years. He is the 1st Tamaqua High School student to ever be chosen for the All-Eastern Chorus Festival.**
2019
Emily Barrett was chosen as 1 of 2 recipients of the 2019 Schuylkill County Choral Directors Association Vocal Scholarship. The award was presented at the 2019 Schuylkill County Chorus Festival @ Pine Grove High School this past February. Emily plans to attend Marywood University where she will major in Music Therapy.
Sophomore David Hull represented TAHS @ the Region V Chorus Festival at Muhlenberg Area High School in February of 2019.
3 TAHS students were selected to the 2019 District Chorus Festival @ Exeter High School in reading this past January. Emily Barrett, Nathaniel Noftz and David Hull.
2018
3 students from TAHS were selected to the District 10 Chorus Festival in January of 2018. Selected were from L-R: Allison Hull, Faith Roberts, and Emily Barrett. The festival was hosted by Blue Mountain High School.
Allison Hull represented TAHS at the Region V Chorus Festival in March of 2018. The festival was hosted by Lebanon Valley High School.
2017
TAHS Sr. Allie Gerber was selected as the recipient of the 2017 Schuylkill County Chorus Festival Vocal Scholarship. Allie plans to pursue a career in music at Indiana University of Pennsylvania (IUP). She plans to major in performance and education as a flute and vocal major.

5 students proudly represented Tamaqua Area High School at the 2016 District Chorus Festival at Delaware Valley High School in the Poconos.
Soprano Aimee Hull represented Tamaqua Area High School at the 2015 District Chorus Festival at Muhlenberg Area High School in the Reading area.

Seventeen students from Tamaqua High School were selected to participate in the 2013 Schuylkill County Chorus Festival at North Schuylkill Jr./Sr. High School this past February.

The Schuylkill County Choral Directors Association Vocal Scholarship
2013 marked the fourth consecutive year that a student from Tamaqua Area High School had been selected as the recipient of the Schuylkill County Choral Director's Association Vocal Scholarship Award. This year the award went to Shane Mulligan. Shane plans to pursue a career in music at West Chester University.
