about Mr. Beltz

Mr. Beltz is a 1994 graduate of Tamaqua Area High School. After graduation, he continued his studies at Mansfield University, where he pursued a degree in Music Education with an emphasis in Tuba. While at Mansfield, Mr. Beltz studied with Stephen P. McEuen and Donald Stanley. Throughout college, Mr. Beltz toured throughout New York, Pennsylvania, and New Jersey with the MU Wind Ensemble and Absolute Brass Quintet. Mr. Beltz, on occasion, has performed with the Bloomsburg Orchestra, and The Williamsport Symphony. During the summer months, Mr. Beltz also performs with The Cressona Town Band. Before coming to the TASD in 2000, Mr. Beltz taught instrumental music in the Sayre Area School District in Sayre, Pa.
